amazing journey

It's been a week of adventure for our little bear. First, a field trip to Angel Island with his preschool. Highlights included a ferry ride, inaugural trips on both BART and MUNI, a hike up the mountain, an ice cream sandwich, and a pedicab ride.

This was followed by a trip to Santa Cruz, which included some whale-tail sitting and a trip to the Boardwalk, complete with rides, fries and giggles. Finally, we headed down to Monterey for a morning at the aquarium. (For reference, compare these pictures to our 2010 trip. Time flies!) 

funky days are back again

Cassidy and Freya had a fieldtrip yesterday to Fairyland. They had a great time running, posing, climbing, sliding, riding, frolicking, adventuring, and otherwise enjoying themselves.
